Christopher Koetke, Dean of the Culinary School, has been busy sharing his passion for cooking both inside and outside of Kendall College.
On August 6, Dean Koetke announced the release of a groundbreaking culinary textbook that he coauthored with Chef John Draz. Developed for grades 9 through 12 and the first two years of college, The Culinary Professional provides students with an excellent foundation in the study of classic and contemporary cuisines and also explores the vast range of opportunities encompassing traditional and emerging food careers.
Additionally, you can now catch Dean Koetke on the Live Well HD Network’s television show “Let’s Dish.” As host of the show, he shows viewers how to make healthy meals that taste delicious.
