On June 16, 2009, Kendall was pleased to partner with Bradmer Foods, a specialty food focused venture capital firm, to pull together an amazing cross-section of Chicago food entrepreneurs who talked about different foods and the trends happening around them. The distinguished panel spoke before a packed house in the third floor banquet room and included the following speakers:
